Cancellation & Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by replying to the order acknowledgement email you received after placing your order or by clicking here before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.1 below.
 

1.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us by notifying us at any time in writing within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.  Please use the contact us link above and include your order number and the reason for return, we will then reply with a returns reference number and return address, alternatively simply reply to the order acknowledgement email sent at the time of your order.  
1.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund or an exchange credit as required.
1.3 Items must be returned in as new condition, complete with all packaging, documentation etc. The right to return goods to us as referred to in clause 1.1 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
