Delivery Information
Our website can handle orders for delivery to the UK and most European countries. For delivery charges to other destinations please contact us.
Products are delivered free of charge to most UK addresses. A surcharge applies to off-shore locations and some remote areas of the UK, this is based on postcode & weight and will be shown at the checkout if applicable.
FREE Next Working Day Delivery
Most products are sent out on a free next working day delivery basis – where applicable this is shown on the product page and confirmed at the checkout. Orders are sent out the same day if received by 3pm** for delivery the next working day**. Full delivery tracking details will be provided and in most cases the courier will give the estimated time of arrival of your order on the delivery day (within a 1 hour window - sent by email).
**Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
We also offer next working day delivery before 12 noon and Saturday delivery subject to an additional charge - these options are shown at the checkout.
European Delivery
We ship to most European Countries, cost is calculated according to weight. Delivery is typically within 2-5 working days. The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout.
