Fresh Water 2000 System - Twin Stainless Steel Cartridge Unit with either a contemporary or traditional mini tap. Three way tap alternatives are available, see images above (these replace your existing hot/cold mixer tap).
The Fresh Water 2000 will provide you with a continuous supply of clean tasting, fresh and purified water at a lower cost than bottled water or jug filters. Its stainless steel housing ensures a lifetime of use. All the benefits of the Fresh Water 1000 but with an additional housing supplying an increase in flow rate and capacity and therefore with a longer replacement cartridge period. The unit comes complete with tap, cartridges, tubes, fittings and is water by-laws certified. Full, easy to follow installation instructions are provided or the unit can be installed by the manufacturer (an additional charge applies - details on request)

Seven Steps to Clean, Clear Tap Water
Stage 1
A ceramic barrier filters 99.99% of all particles larger than one micron (not visible to the naked eye). This includes bacteria, parasites, metals, organic matter and other chemicals. As deposits accumulate on the filter's outer surface, they can be easily removed, allowing the cartridge to be re-used again and again. Silver impregnation provides a second barrier to bacteria and keeps the cartridge sterile.
Stage 2
Our premium grade Granular Activated Carbon Block eliminates organic pollutants such as agricultural pesticides and herbicides.
Stage 3
Coconut based Granular Activated Carbon removes chlorine and improves taste and odour, and further removes chemicals from the water.
Stage 4
Anthracite based Granular Activated Carbon is used to 'polish' the water, removing any traces of colour, Xeno-Oestrogen, chlorine by-products and chemicals.
Stage 5
Special flow baffles improve the efficiency of the filtration process.
Stage 6
Selective Ion Exchange resin removes toxic heavy metals from the water such as cadmium, lead, copper and mercury.
Stage 7
A 20 micron pure polypropylene layer prevents the escape of any carbon or resin particles.

Filter Cartridge FAQ
How often will I need to replace the filter tap's cartridges? - The manufacturer recommends that the filter cartridge set is replaced every 12 months.
How much filtered water will one filter cartridge give me? - This is variable depending on the quality of the water and the amount used. For example, if your water contains higher than average levels of sediment, the filter cartridge may clog and need replacing before the normal 12 month cycle. This will be obvious as the water flow from the tap visibly slows
What is the cost of a set of replacement water filter cartridges? - The Freshwater Emerald Multi Stage cartridge set used in the FW2000 costs £59.20
