Payment

We accept the following online payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Delta cards. In addition to these we also accept Paypal payments (select Paypal under Payment methods on the final checkout screen).

Payments by cheque - Please click here to download an order form, please print, complete and return this to us with your cheque made payable to Living Pure. As soon as your cheque has cleared (normally 5 working days) we will send out your order.

American Express - We do not accept this directly as a payment method, however Paypal payments can be funded using an American Express card.

Enquiries

Delivery

Our website can handle orders for delivery to the UK and most European countries.  For delivery charges to other destinations please email us.  Orders are sent out the same day if received by 1pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once dispatched we will send an email with the courier online tracking details.  On the morning of delivery you will not only be able to verify your parcel is on its way but also the expected time of arrival within a one hour time frame (service provided for most UK postcodes for products purchased over £50).

FREE Delivery - Orders Under £50 to UK Addresses
Are sent free of charge using Royal Mail for delivery usually  within 3-5 working days.

FREE Delivery - Orders Over £50 to UK Mainland Addresses
Are sent out the same day if received by 1pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) for delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We also offer next working day delivery before 12 noon and Saturday delivery subject to an additional charge.  The delivery options applicable to your destination will be shown on the checkout page.

UK Offshore (inc Northern Ireland, Isle of White etc), Scottish Highlands & Islands
Heavier items for delivery to UK Offshore addresses (including juicers, blenders and air purifiers) will be subject to an additional courier charge of £10.  If applicable this will be shown on the checkout page.

European Delivery
We ship to most European Countries, cost is calculated according to weight.  Delivery is typically within 2-5 working days.  The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout.  For delivery to other destinations please email us.

Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by replying to the order acknowledgement email you received after placing your order or by clicking here before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.1 below.
1.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us by notifying us at any time within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.  Please use the contact us link above and include your order number and the reason for return, we will then reply with a returns reference number and return address, alternatively simply reply to the order acknowledgement email sent at the time of your order. 
1.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund or an exchange credit as required.
1.3 Items must be returned in as new condition, complete with all packaging, documentation etc. The right to return goods to us as referred to in clause 1.1 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and have developed this policy to show our commitment to it. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We collect information in the following ways:

When you make a purchase we take the following personal details: your name; address; email address and phone number. We do not collect details of your credit or debit cards because when you pay online we just get a confirmation that your payment has been received. We never see your card details. We would ask for your card details if we were taking a telephone order however, these are inputted directly into our Virtual Terminal and are not stored anywhere on our systems or written down by us anywhere.

When you set up an account we will also collect the following details: your name; address; email address; phone number and unique identifiers to verify the users identity. This is so that we can inform you if there are any issues with stock levels or issues with delivery.

Account holders may also amend their personal details as necessary by logging into their personal account. It is the account holder’s responsibility to update their personal details as appropriate.

We use cookies to track visitor behaviour and shopping patterns on our site and they also track what’s in your shopping cart. We also use cookies to identify you and will enable you not to have to re-enter your information each time you visit our site. However, you can turn cookies off by modifying your browser.

Manufacturer Warranties

Details of any applicable manufacturer warranties are included in our product descriptions. Warranty registration cards for electrical items are included with each product and should be completed and returned to the manufacturer as soon as possible. If you have any queries regarding your warranty please contact the manufacturer direct using the contact details included with the product or contact us for assistance.  Please note that we cannot accept any liability for warranties of the manufacturer.
