Payment
We accept the following online payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Delta cards. In addition to these we also accept Paypal payments (select Paypal under Payment methods on the final checkout screen).
Payments by cheque - Please click here to download an order form, please print, complete and return this to us with your cheque made payable to Living Pure. As soon as your cheque has cleared (normally 5 working days) we will send out your order.
American Express - We do not accept this directly as a payment method, however Paypal payments can be funded using an American Express card.
Enquiries
Click here to email your enquiry - we aim to respond to all emails received within 4 hours of receipt during working hours. If you require urgent assistance please call our sales line on 0845 094 1998 or 0208 241 3901 (Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm).
Delivery
All products ordered online are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses. The delivery method varies by product and is at our discretion. Delivery timescales are shown on the individual product pages - we cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays by our postal/courier services.
A delivery surcharge will apply where the delivery address is outside the UK mainland. If a surcharge is payable we will contact you before processing your order. Deliveries that are returned to us due to the consignee being unavailable will attract a further charge to re-send. Postage, packing and handling will be charged on any order which is cancelled or refused after it has been dispatched.
Returns
Living Pure want you to enjoy a happy, hassle free shopping experience. Therefore our returns policy is simple. First email us including your order number and the reason for return, we will then reply with a returns reference number and return address. Items must be returned in as new condition, complete with all packaging, documentation etc within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be rejected where these conditions are not met.
Where an order qualified for free delivery and is subsequently returned, we will deduct the cost of the outgoing delivery from any refund made.
Manufacturer Warranties
Details of any applicable manufacturer warranties are included in our product descriptions. Warranty registration cards for electrical items are included with each product and should be completed and returned to the manufacturer as soon as possible. If you have any queries regarding your warranty please contact the manufacturer direct using the contact details included with the product or email us for assistance.
